Frutmac stands for innovation, development and sustainability. That is why we established a new Experience Centre of approximately 280 square metres. We use it as a showroom for customer-oriented advice and as a test centre for the development of our machines and packaging solutions. As an academy, it serves to train our employees and to ensure efficient remote service support.

Our new showroom allows you to see all our machines up close. We have the possibility to show our customers the functionality of the different machines. As a test centre, our Experience Centre is the nerve centre of our research and development activities. Together with our customers, we can develop new, individual packaging solutions and test them on site. This is where we find the best prerequisites for making prototypes, optimising materials and processes and testing the suitability of machines.

The Frutmac Academy is the place dedicated to train our employees continuously in order to improve their knowledge. Especially those working in the technical service.
We also offer training programmes for technicians employed by our customers. This gives them the opportunity to get to know the details of our machines and learn how to use them correctly and how to solve problems.
The academy programmes also give young technicians to train an interesting insight into how our machines work.

The Experience Centre offers our service technicians excellent remote support for the rapid resolution of problems customers may encounter. In the event of questions or problems, our customers are accompanied online by one of our service technicians via video call directly at the machine. Thus, smaller problems can be solved together systematically. Small repairs can be dealt with much more quickly and, above all, more economically.
