A carton lid/cover is precisely applied on the conventional cardboard trays by the automatic double-head mechanism. A variable integrated lid dispenser guarantees fast conversion from 4-, 6- to 8-fruit lid. It is installed in line with existing filling machines and is compatible with the Jollypack. There are two lid variants: The WRAP lid curves over round fruit and also fixes different sizes, the FLAT lid closes horizontally and is optimal for all other shapes and sizes of fruit and vegetables. An easy and fast plug&play possibility vs a wrapping machine is guaranteed.
